Confluence Investment Management

In order to connect to Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, you will first need to install the FortiClient VPN application on your device.

Please follow these instructions for setting up and configuring your FortiClient VPN.

1. Download the installer from https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn, selecting the appropriate download for your device.
2. Begin the installation
   1. The installer will download the lastest version and then launch the setup process.
3. FortiClient VPN Setup
   1. Select 'Yes, I have read and accept the License Agreement' and click 'Next'
      1. 
   2. Click 'Install'
      1. 
   3. When the installation completes, you will need to restart your device.
4. FortiClient VPN Profile Configuration
   1. Acknowledge the license and click 'I accept'
      1. 
   2. Click 'Configure VPN'
      1. 
   3. New VPN Connection -- enter the information below and click 'Save'
      1. Connection Name: CIM Azure
      2. Description: CIM Azure VPN Connection
      3. Remote Gateway: azvpn.confluenceim.com
      4. Customize Port: 10443
      5. Enable Signle Sign On (SSO) for VPN Tunnel: Checked
      6. 

Your Confluence Azure VPN is now installed and configured for connection to Azure remotely.  Please follow this guide for connecting to the VPN tunnel and this guide for connecting to your Azure Virtual Desktop.
